Puttu Podi Combo(Corn, Ragi,Wheat and Chemba 500g Packs)

Method of Preparation

Corn Puttu:- 

Add sufficient salt in Double Horse corn puttu podi and mix it well. Sprinkle water until it gets wet and keep it for 5 minutes. Mix it well and transfer into a funnel (puttu maker) with coconut gratings layer by layer as shown in the photograph on the front side of the pack. Place the maker on a pressure cooker/steaming vessel and steam for 3-5 minutes until steam escapes through the holes of the funnel.Push the cake from the funnel and serve hot with Plantain/Curry/Chutney/Sugar.

Ragi Puttu:-

Add sufficient salt in Double Horse Ragi puttu podi and mix it well. Sprinkle water until it gets wet and keep it for 5 minutes. Mix it well and transfer into a funnel (puttu maker) with coconut gratings layer by layer as shown in the photograph on the front side of the pack. Place the maker on a pressure cooker/steaming vessel and steam for 3-5 minutes until steam escapes through the holes of the funnel. Push the cake from the funnel and serve hot with Plantain/Curry/Chutney/Sugar.

Add sufficient salt in Double Horse Wheat puttu podi and mix it well. Sprinkle lukewarm water until it gets wet and keep it for 5-10 minutes. Mix it well and transfer into a funnel (puttu maker) with coconut gratings layer by layer as shown in the photograph on the front side of the pack. Place the maker on a pressure cooker/steaming vessel and steam for 3-5 minutes until steam escapes through the holes of the funnel. Push the cake from the funnel and serve hot with plantain/Curry/Chutney/Sugar.
